1. Shipping Policy

At Amal Cargo, we are committed to providing safe, timely, and efficient delivery of goods both locally and internationally.

Delivery Times

  • Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
  • International deliveries: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance)
    Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, package size, and service type.

Pickup & Drop-off

  • Pickup services are available upon request.
  • Packages must be properly packed and labeled before pickup.

2. Payment Policy

  • All shipments must be paid for in full before dispatch.
  • We accept mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfer, and cash (for walk-in customers).
  • Prices are quoted in KES or USD and may vary depending on weight, size, and destination.

3. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with local and international shipping regulations. Amal Cargo does not allow the shipment of the following items:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Weapons or ammunition
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Perishable food (unless specially arranged)
  • Currency, precious metals, or gemstones

4. Liability & Insurance

  • Amal Cargo is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from incorrect packaging, prohibited contents, or acts of nature.
  • Optional insurance coverage is available at an additional cost for valuable shipments.
  • In case of a dispute or claim, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with evidence (photos, receipts, etc.).

5. Tracking & Customer Support

  • All shipments come with a unique tracking number.
  • Customers can track packages via our online system or by contacting our team.
  • Our customer support is available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Once a shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be recalled or refunded.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
  • Amal Cargo will not be held liable for delays caused by customs or third-party logistics providers.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (such as names, addresses, and phone numbers) will be used strictly for shipping and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
